Ed has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker since 1982 and has extensive experience in commercial, investment and residential real estate. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in finance and real estate. He believes in being involved on a personal level in the community. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors. Ed is also active with the Nacogdoches County Chamber of Commerce, Nacogdoches Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO), SFASU Foundation, SFASU Real Estate Foundation, Nacogdoches Medical Center Health Governing Board, Nacogdoches Rotary Club, Gideons International, SFA Baptist Student Ministry, and Heartbeat Pregnancy Center. Ed states, "My goal is to serve my clients with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. I view my work relationship as more than clients, they are friends and neighbors first."

Keith Millard, a Nacogdoches native, is proud to serve both commercial and residential clients. Keith graduated from Nacogdoches High School, and he attended SFA and Champion School of Real Estate. Keith's 50-year career in the automobile business in Nacogdoches included 39 years with the Mike Perry family as well as five years with James Tipton, Sr. Keith and his father, Gerald Millard raised cattle until his father's passing in 1986. Keith serves on the Melrose Water Supply board of directors, the Texas Motor Vehicle Advisory Board, and is a member of First United Methodist Church. He and wife, CPRE REALTOR® Cindy Millard share two daughters and five grandchildren.
